One of the most interesting types of trading is scalping. In the past, brokers even did not allow traders to use scalping. That’s because they were afraid that traders will game their system. Nowadays, there are ECN brokers which even welcome scalpers, because the more they trade, the more commissions will go to broker. Quite contrary, brokers like such systems, because they encourage trader to scalp more often and so pay brokers more on spreads. However, scalping systems are not the holy grail and requires more work compared to automated forex trading. But you have more control over the trades.
